[edit]Checking this article it appears that an editor changed to focus to his Catholicism instead of his exploration, which is the main reason for his notability. While the new information adds much to the article, the emphasis it was given created WP:WEIGHT problems and deleted several important refs. I have steered the focus back to his notability and restored the refs. Tom Reedy (talk) 15:20, 26 March 2013 (UTC)
