[edit]I am attempting to correct the Page for Jesse Ray ward. (My Great Grandfather). I have in my possession his certified death certificate which shows his correct birth date of September 4th 1885 in Republic, Kansas. (Not in Utah as previously posted on Wikipedia)
Unfortunately, I cannot cite his death certificate as a source, because there is no template that allows me to do this. Also, I have in my possession, his ORIGINAL HAND WRITTEN DIARY written while he served in WW1 in France. This also is not a published source with an ISBN#, but it is more accurate than the 3rd party information.
I have inherited his personal letters and photos, as well as some documents and many newspaper clippings and published obituaries from the Salt lake city newspapers in 1928. Unfortunately, when my Great Grandmother (J.R. Wards' wife), clipped them from the newspaper, she cut off the newspapers masthead, so I can only read the obituary itself, not the name of the newspaper it was cut out of.
How can I upload these personal (And military) photos which are in the private family collection and have never been published ?
How can I cite his personal letters, obituaries, documents and death certificate, (All in my possession), when the "Cite" function has no templates for these types of original documents.?
Please advise. Thank you so much,
