This page should not be speedily deleted because Jigme Namgyel Engineering College is a educational institution and not a profit making firm. --Sjamso (talk) 09:23, 4 April 2014 (UTC) This content is not promotional as you have percieved. Jigme Namgyel Engineering College is one of the college under Royal University of Bhutan. So I suppose this content should not be deleted.[reply]
