I'm requesting the move because the name is incorrect: it should be 'Jonathan Holmes'. This necessitates a disambiguation page, since there already is an entry for another Jonathan Holmes.

Since there is another Jonathan Holmes, we need either a case that most of our readers will be looking for this one, or a disambiguator. Jonathan Holmes (theatre director) seems reasonable. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 22:49, 16 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Jonathan Holmes (theatre director) seems fine to me. Unask (talk) 09:36, 17 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the move; however, there's a problem. Anyone searching for 'Jonathan Holmes' goes straight to the other 'Jonathan Holmes', and would remain unaware of the existence of this one, who may be the person searched for. Unask (talk) 11:35, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dave newton (talk) 15:30, 26 September 2009 (UTC) what are the sources for holmes being a cousin of William Thomas Forshaw (born in 1890!) and CY Endfield? surely not a direct cousin[reply]
