The result of the move request was: Moved to Kanker, Chhattisgarh. Which matches Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh etc. — Amakuru (talk) 12:51, 5 August 2016 (UTC)
Kanker → ? – By the way it sounds, neither "Kanker" nor "Kanker district" can claim primary topic status - in fact the word "kanker" sounds a lot like "cancer". In fact the word means just that in the Dutch and Indonesian languages which explains the vandalism committed by two anonymous IPs from the Netherlands and Indonesia, respectively. <<< SOME GADGET GEEK >>> (talk) 00:02, 28 July 2016 (UTC)
- Or like the English word "canker". Anthony Appleyard (talk) 14:11, 28 July 2016 (UTC)
- The above discussion is preserved as an archive of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on this talk page or in a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
Verify accuracy of demographics
[edit]It doesn't look like the citations for the demographic numbers are valid. The links are dead, and one references a wayback machine snapshot from 2004 (a problematic citation for the 2011 census). I'd add the appropriate template, but don't know which one it would be. Done copy edit
[edit]This is my first copy edit. From the best I Wikipedia's maintenance template structure, the problems with the article aren't really copy editing, but are more citations needed and information accuracy. Should that be changed? Bravemidwesterner (talk) 22:18, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
