A recent edit summary reads: "JLAN: Let me know what reference you need? How you want the evidences to be presented to you? or refer http://www.latinarchdiocesetrivandrum.org/ or http://thoothoor.com or http://marthandanthurai.com/mthurai/". First, can I suggest reading Help:Referencing for beginners? Second, if you want advice on whether a particular source is considered reliable for the information in the article, you can ask at this noticeboard. Of the three sources suggested, the first is in my view probably reliable, but does not support anything that was added to the article; the second is a dead link; and the third is probably not reliable (and does not support anything that was added to the article). You could also perhaps ask for advice at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Tamil Nadu. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 12:03, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'm from kollemcode and I strongly believe I have collected information about my town from very reliable sources. JLAN, which statement is making you feel it is not reliable? Since I have personally collected this information from talking to several senior citizens I'm 100% positive that it is true and reliable. I would suggest you to visit kollemcode and collect evidences from senior citizens or give me a call to get more information. You cannot all historical events of a village is recorded and uploaded into some website. This is the history of a very small village turned into township recently. If you are considering kollemcode same as chennai city and trying to ask for evidences, that shows your inadequate knowledge to the subject.Where is the deadlink in this version of the article? So please go through this version article before you hit the undo button. Now the wrong version of the page has been cached in google as well. I would like to make sure you are not destroying any history here. I would like to escalate this and get a permanent solution. If you have a supervisor or manager or you are individual trying to do things unnecessarily, I would want to make sure you are aware that you are trying to eliminate history of a township in here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.17.216.218 (talk) 19:18, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
