Online poll

[edit]

There's a bit of a dispute around the inclusion of the results of a twitter poll that the Times of India ran that included this show. This is the edit in question. I'm hoping that ABTHEBOSS will reply here. I've got a couple of issues with this edit which is why I reverted it as did another editor after it was put back in the article. This was published by the Times of India which is generally a reliable source, but nothing is absolute and I don't think this is a good source for anything plus the text added is highly POV. From a reliable source perspective, the "poll" mentioned is an on-line poll through twitter where the TOI picked four shows and asked which one the readers thought was the best. Immediate problem of online polls and selection bias, plus twitter polls have issues with bots manipulating results. I don't doubt that TOI reported the results correctly, but garbage in ... garbage out. A second issue is the WP:NPOV issues from the highly POV nature of the edit itself. It makes broad, general claims based on a highly limited online poll. That's simply deceptive. The source problems alone should exclude this and the blatant POV nature of the text just reinforces that. Ravensfire (talk) 21:31, 1 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Cult show

[edit]

This [1] keeps getting added and removed without any discussion here and it's getting into WP:3RR territory. Please discuss here. My immediate concern is the source is questionable. Please help me understand how it meets reliable source criteria and not just saying "it's a reliable source". Ravensfire (talk) 15:44, 4 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

How is that source is questionable? This is show was popular among youth. It's an evergreen show. ABTHEBOSS (talk) 20:11, 28 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Can you show me how that site meets WP:RS criteria? No evidence of an editorial board, there's no information about the author, nothing to show this isn't just a tabloid blog who's opinion is just to drive clicks. It certainly isn't enough to declare in Wikipedia's voice that this is a cult show - that needs several very high quality sources. Please read over WP:BRD as well - you need to discuss more and revert less. Ravensfire (talk) 12:09, 29 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Deleting data

[edit]

Please stop deleting data from awards & nominations. I submitting those data with official website link. ABTHEBOSS (talk) 07:22, 29 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@ABTHEBOSS: As per WP:FILMCRITICLIST Awards included in lists should have a Wikipedia article to demonstrate notability. Because of the proliferation of film festivals and "award mills", festival awards should be added with discretion, with inclusion subject to consensus. Awards bestowed by web-only entities are not included. .- Sid95Q (talk) 10:14, 29 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@ABTHEBOSS: I explained you why those awards were deleted here and in the dit summaries still you added them back. Can you please explain the reason behind that. Sid95Q (talk) 13:28, 5 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup of summary

[edit]

The summary is with the WHOLE PLOT while it should give a summary of the 3 seasons. Either change the summary into plot or cleanup WikiSilky (talk) 16:58, 24 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
