Date of Birth?

[edit]

does anyone know why her birth registration was not made until q3 1899?

Seems unlikely a PC would have broken the law by not registering the event within the statutory 6 months? If she was born 1899 rather than 1898 there will be several other edits required.

I have ordered her birth Certificate ..... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tbirduk (talkcontribs) 15:47, 13 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
