Old Lai Châu vs. New Lai Châu

This article mixes information about two different towns: Old Lai Châu = Muang Lay is now Mường Lay in Điện Biên Province. The current capital of Lai Châu province = New Lai Châu province was called Tam Đường until 2004 and has nothing to do with the White Tai lords. --Julez A. (talk) 22:37, 20 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
