Duplicate Content

Much of the content is also in the article Chinese_Land_Reform . I see no purpose in duplicating it, at least as long as both Taiwan and PC China maintain the "one China" policy. Some could also be moved to the article about the Sino-American joint committee. A more extensive article on the working of the land reform would be meaningful, but that is another issue.
