Lausatök (Løse-tak) (Loose-grip or Free-grip) glima is one of the several forms of glima. It is practiced in several countries, there are many small competitions in Scandinavia and other countries and there is a national Norwegian Løse-tak glima competition held every year in Norway. This is a high level competition which attracts many of the nations best wrestlers, many of whom compete in different styles of wrestling both nationally and internationally.
