Are the dates of the series correct?

The following table appears in case citation. I am about to redact it to remove duplication, but some of the dates it gives (for chancery appeals and common pleas) are different to those offered by Williams. I have not decided whether they are correct because their source is unclear.James500 (talk) 18:30, 3 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
