the original editor of this page BillDrew (talk · contribs) has asserted permission to use this article which was originally published elsewhere. The original can be seen in the Google cache, authored by Tammra Rayfield, 2002. This is not correct! I submitted that information to the askart.com website with the permission of Tammra Rayfield.
