Badly in need of improvements

[edit]

As a Jackson native and JSCC graduate, this article is a little embarassing. If this is a technology school, then what do they teach? How well? The article as it stands implies that this is the support mechanism for an athletic program, as a host supports a parasite! --Orange Mike 14:47, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

and you are so wrong! before everything was deleted, I talked extensively about the classes offered! by the way I go to liberty so i think I know a thing or two about the school and what is being taught there. Also I know a little about what the school has to offer. That took me hours and someone just went back and deleted every thing. . I need the information about the Alma Mater song and it wasn't there because it was deleted. All of that information is given out by the school and would attract people into a new school in Jackson, TN. I made sure everything was factual and again I would know because I attend the school. I'm not trying to be rude, but that wasn't right of you to to say that . And Now the page only talks about the athletic department because some one deleted everything. Before hand, it talked extensively about the academics offered and only touched a little on athletics. -Famoniq —Preceding unsigned comment added by Famoniq (talkcontribs)

Cleaning up the Article

[edit]

It is good to be enthusiastic about the school you attend, but Wikipedia requires citations on all content added. Any content added to an article must be verifiable, anything that cannot be verified will be deleted, so it is a good idea to include citations to any work added, to avoid having your work deleted.[1][2]

As a member of the first graduating class of Liberty, it is a shame to see this article in such a state. I recommend, if possible, adding citations that come from third-party sources as per Wikipedia guidelines, such as news articles and other sources outside of the Jackson-Madison County school's website.

Also, if any sports are added to the page, they must be verifiable and should contain citations, or they will be deleted.
