proposal to delete section filling the regulatory gap

[edit]

I ve been reading the section "filling the regulatory gap" overand over; it just does not fit in this article about the Liikanen report. And while the section heading fits, as the Liikanen report indeed aimed to fill a regulatory gap by proposing structural reforms OTHER THAN REGULATION ( that were pursued elsewhere within the EU), the stuff beneath it about academics considering isnt relevant and French proposing Glass Stegall II isnt part of the Liikanen group proposal/ intentions. I think the authors of this section either misunderstood what Liikanen was about or wanted to push a certain POV. Liikanen is about Non regulatory reform of bank structure, something that is not easy to peel out, has no wiki article ( yet) and is poorly defined. Structure has multiple meanings. Anyway I propose to delete the section. If anybody is in favor or takes offense please respond here.--Wuerzele (talk) 22:29, 10 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
