This article seems to be paternalistic and out of date. This text in particular is alarming:
Due to their inferiority, their culture, though somewhat like the Monpa, they are not as advanced as the Monpa in both technological and cultural aspects. Their arts are speculated to be inferior as compared to the Monpa.
