Ten Ben's

[edit]

Dwayne has made it quite clear on his website's forum that there is NOT an episode of Ultimate Alien called "Ten Ben's"! - http://dwaynemcduffie.com.lamphost.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1442 - Cannonbolt2 (talk) 14:48, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Season 2

[edit]

Okay, theres no way in hell that season 1 is already over. First of all, it was specifically stated that season 1 would have 20 episodes, and uh... hungry hippo there! We're only on episode 9! So who ever changed the page with a section for season 2 is obviouslly a- hungry hippo there! So I think this should be changed immediately because I don't want to see Captain Nemesis as our season finale closer! - Milton Bradley (talk) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.31.60.98 (talk) 18:41, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. No matter what, season finales have never been so soon or so lame —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.121.211.136 (talk) 05:38, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Plus, there's still the matter of the final Aggregor episode, and also the outcome of Will Haranque. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.195.97.91 (talk) 01:11, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notice this page had a formatting mixup, I'm not an expert, but I fixed part of the problem. Someone should probably either remove the rescue mission entry or fill it in, and fix the parts that seem to be missing, Formatting seems off. Not to mention, this show is probably having a seasonal break, these tend to happen to spread episodes through out a year or so, USA network does it all the time. of course it might just be a small break to provide time to show reruns.Atomic1fire (talk) 22:40, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think the new episode is going to come on August 27. I think Dwayne McDuffie said something like that on his forum.Harmu (talk) 0:26, 17 July 2010 (UTC)

Well it looks like your little buddy McDuffie lied, cuz theres aint going to be a new episode in August (Toonzone told me).Gustavo Rock (talk) 21:42, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ben 10 Ultimate Alien : Episode 10 The 1 hour Special.

[edit]

Please leave in the reference to episode 10. It's unproductive and unhelpful to deny children the information for the next episode. Clean it up if you want, but leave it in there. They want to know when the next episode will air; this is the entire reason for this page, therefore it's counterproductive to take it out. Cheers. PetePharm (talk) 21:42, 21 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Dwayne Mcduffie said on his forum that, the newest ben 10 ultimate alien episodes are gonna air on the 10th Of October and its gonna be to 1 hour special with two episodes one episode focusing on rescuing the aliens from aggregor and the 2nd one with kevin discovering his fathers past and who his father wuz . Ultimate Aggregor

[edit]

According to Dwayne McDuffie, Ultimate Aggregor is NOT the title of the next episode(s) of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien. [1] - Please follow advice in the hidden comment in the article and DO NOT add incorrect to the article. Thank you Cannonbolt2 (talk) 14:35, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

But it asks if they will have "part 1" and "part 2" in the names. As it says on McDUffie's main page and the schedule on the Ben 10 site at Cartoon Network the next episode is called Ultimate Aggregor, without the "part".P3771 (talk) 14:58, 1 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Have you got a link that can be used as a reliable source? Thanks! Cannonbolt2 (talk) 16:05, 1 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Would the post with the title "Dwayne’s Comic Con News" at here [2] work? The post is dated July 25 2010.
The Cartoon Network site for the show [3] also has names for the episodes. You can optain them by looking for text inside of something with a green background, saying something along the lines of "Fridays at 7:30p (e/p)". Below that, "Show info" should be highlighted and thus, displayed. To the left of "Show info", there is text saying "Schedule" and "Video" to the right of "Show info". To find out when there are episodes from this show will air. I noticed tha they decided to display episodes from "Ben 10" and "Ben 10: Alien Force," but buy scrolling down to October 10th 7:00 PM it has "Ultimate Aggregor", which is a new name for an episode. Just as a side note, if the air date is true then it can be written as 10/10/10. Unfortunately I am kind of new at this so I don't know how to post a direct link. Sorry about that. Also my apologies for my tour guide post. I just what to make sure that its a reliable source. P3771 (talk) 04:09, 2 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
That source is certainly reliable and can be used here no probs. I'll include it in the article at once! Thanks Cannonbolt2 (talk) 23:03, 2 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Edit Request from GunBlaze, 14 February 2011

[edit]

{{edit semi-protected}} I got Info about the episode "Eye of the Beholder" this is it

Baz-El is on a distant planet where he is stealing some valuable gems from some statues. Later, the statues seem to come to alive, and attack Baz-El. At a stadium, Julie is having tennis practice with Ship, but Ship suddenly hears Baz-El's cries for help, and leaves Julie to help his old owner. Meanwhile, at a museum, Ben, Gwen, and Kevin are fighting some Forever Knights and Ben fights them as Humongousaur, then Julie walks to him, who asks for his help to locate Ship, who left to help Baz-El. However, their break-up makes things difficult, but Gwen and Kevin agree to help Julie. Ben finishes off the rest of the Forever Knights and goes to Jimmy Jones to discuss his struggle with Julie. Jimmy suggests to go talk to her, so Ben transforms into Jetray and flies into space to chase after the Mecha-Vehicle.

Meanwhile, Baz-El is held captive by some one-eyed aliens, who torture him to reveal the location of the missing eye. Ship then arrives to save Baz-El, but the one-eyed aliens combine their power to strike Ship down. Gwen, Kevin, and Julie find Ship, and although Ship recovers with Gwen's help, Ship refuses to go back to Earth without saving Baz-El first. Ben arrives at the planet, but everyone gives him the cold shoulder. As Gwen and Julie are walking, Kevin tells Ben that the reason Julie broke up with him was because he was being a big, fat jerk. Soon they reach Baz-El, who is still being tortured by the one-eyed aliens to reveal the location of their precious artifact, the Occulent. However, Julie and Ship's loud talking blows their cover, and the aliens find them. They knock out Ben, Gwen, and Kevin, and the aliens try to convince Ship to reveal the location of the Occulent for the safety of his friends' lives.

As the aliens grow impatient, they threaten Julie, but Ship merges with Julie to form their battle-suit. As they work to fight the aliens, Ben becomes Brainstorm to free Baz-El, which works. But the aliens yell at Ben for destroying the altar, as that the statues called the Sentinels awaken and begins to fight. Ben becomes Swampfire, but later changes to Ultimate Swampfire, and everyone begins to fight the Sentinels. However, it is revealed that Baz-El really did had the Occulent, so Julie does the heimlech manuever on him and makes Baz-El cough out the Occulent. The Sentinel that is missing its Occulent puts it in his eye socket and all of the Sentinels go back to stone. Baz-El explains that it is his job to measure all of the different elements on planets and also tends to take a few souveniers for purchase as part of his "retirement plan". Julie gives Baz-El, saying that Ship would be happier with him. But Baz-El intends to sell Ship to get even more money for retirement. However, Ship decides to remain with Julie, so Baz-El decides to stick with it...again. When Baz-El leaves, Ben apologizes to Julie for being such a jerk and promises to make it up to Julie by trying to be a better boyfriend.

Old George watching Forever Knights "live"

[edit]

In the Season 2 episode "Creature From Beyond", when Old George was watching TV, two knights where sword fighting, with the regulear sword fighting sounds in the background. This is while the Forever Knights where trying to open the thing. I don't know how the man knew about it, but it wasn't by TV.P3771 (talk) 06:33, 28 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Limiting episode descriptions

[edit]

I've been going around looking at other episode lists, and it seems that their episode description are pretty trim, compared to ours. The reason for this is to not spoil the episode for those who haven't seen it. I think we should adopt this method of describing episodes, since ours are pretty long and unruly. Not to mention that we seem to be unable to avoid using our personal terminologies in our descriptions, making them very inconsistent. Comments? Chaoshi (talk) 16:05, 13 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Per WP:Spoil, you don't have to avoid giving away the endings, but you are right about them needing to be rewritten. JDDJS (talk) 19:56, 13 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think you were right to shorten the episode summaries. Could I request that you also go to the Generator Rex episode list and shorten those as well. I was hoping that since both Ben 10 and Generator Rex are Men of Action shows that you would be comfortable working on that one as well. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.201.199.121 (talk) 22:17, 15 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You can do it yourself. Just go to TV.com, look for their episode summaries, copy and paste, and you're done. Chaoshi (talk) 18:53, 16 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Season 2 Episode 9 (or e.30) Gwen filling out inventions

The title as it appeared on screen was "Prisoner Number 775 is Missing". Number was actually written out not symbolized. I'm fairly sure the "i" in "is" was lower case.

Season 3?

[edit]

Is there going to be a season 3? How many episodes are in season 2? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tabby502 (talkcontribs) 22:15, 27 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It is currently unknown at this time if there will be a Season 3. But, Cartoon Network has announced that there will be a fourth Ben 10 series, aimed to air in 2012. A total of 32 episodes have been announced for Season 2, although only 12 have aired. --WikiEditor44 (talk) 23:02, 5 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Debut trivia

[edit]

Can someone please explain the relevance of the debut trivia that has been tacked onto the various episode summaries, for instance in this version where we see prose like:

Ultimatrix Alien Debuts: Humungousaur (Ultimate Alien debut), Jetray (Ultimate Alien debut), Chromastone (Ultimate Alien debut), Spidermonkey (Ultimate Alien debut), Ultimate Spidermonkey (official debut)
Debuts: Heatblast (10 year old Ben, Ultimate Alien debut), Wildmutt (10 year old Ben, Ultimate Alien debut), Four Arms (10 year old Ben, Ultimate Alien debut), Stinkfly (10 year old Ben, Ultimate Alien debut)
Ultimatrix Alien Debuts: Alien X (Ultimate Alien debut), NRG (official debut)

Most of this stuff has no clear relevance for the casual reader, which is our target audience. Why, for instance do we say "Ultimatrix Alien Debuts", then use parentheticals that say something slightly different? "Ultimate Alien debut"? What does that mean? Why is "10 year old Ben" listed in parentheticals? What is the significance of this? This stuff seems like typical fancruft that should more intuitively be incorporated into the summary prose, a la, "The crew battles a new foe, Humungousaur", where it would clearly be implied that it was a debut, without the tacked-on notes. The current format is really sloppy. Note that Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of statistics. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:51, 28 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
