2008 intro

Hello. My name is Dimitar Boykov, a.k.a dibo - author of the list in Boina Slava. I have just inserted here a new link to the List of the Generals in English language on the Boina Slava Forums. The project is being updated regualrly and contains much more names than the older version that is currently listed here at Wikipedia. If someone from the contributors here wants to update the list here - feel free to do it.
