I'm a haryanvi & know everything about haryanvi culture, movies, songs etc. I heared about Haryanvi Movie history. I just added only those points, which were clear to me. If there are something in History, nobody claims that facts copyrighted. Every Haryanvi knows that the very first two haryanvi films failed at box office & then came "Chandrawal" & it created history. I request you peoples, please don't make a issue for the sake of Haryanvi Culture & keep this article, because I collect this data after very hard search.

There are no references to establish notability. Try adding some, in verifiable, reliable sources, in order to prove the notability. Good luck. GregJackP (talk) 12:40, 11 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I already moved it without seeing this. Will the new title "List of Haryavni-language films" work? BOVINEBOY2008 11:43, 17 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
support. This new title certainly resolves the original concern (one I would have shared). It also appears to be a slightly better fit for the current article content: the bulk of the article is currently the list, and the intro section does little more than comment on the scope and highlight certain entries on the list. If there were more prose about the topic, I'd support removing "list of" from the title. I also support inclusion of the "-language" term in the title, since it's not well-known (important for title to be clear to readers rather than as terse as possible), and the article on that topic is Haryanvi language not just Haryanvi (which is a redirect to it).
