Original list in MOOC

As mentioned in the list, this new list just splits already-existing content from the main article. If this draft gets approved (and I don't see why it wouldn't - but I am not an AfC regular), we probably should remove the original then-duplicate list from MOOC and replace it with a link to the newly-established separate list.
