Current status: Former featured list

There is a discussion about Fair use images in featured lists at Wikipedia_talk:Featured_list_criteria#Fair_Use_images which may result in this list losing its featured list status. - Peregrine Fisher 23:31, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • the images are there to identify the episodes in question, and removing them only makes the list less informative: It becomes more difficult to identify an episode, because you can only rely on the summaries. Gman124 23:49, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Protected

[edit]

I have temporarily protected the list to prevent non-free images from being re-added in violation of our policy. Decorative non-free images on episode lists are not allowed. --Cyde Weys 17:18, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Repo Man: Vindicator or Guardian?

[edit]

Unless I'm crazy, wasn't it Guardian that captured Wolverine, not Vindicator? Heather was just there as a normal person IIRC -- Excise (talk) 23:59, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In the 90's, James Hudson was known as Vindicator, not Heather Hudson. Some time after the cartoon was made, James Hudson got a name change (but not a costume change). Schoop (talk) 17:58, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Diferences between list here and reference

[edit]

I just went through and compared the order of the episodes here with the cited source (archive link) and notice there are a couple of differences. The reference lists Love in Vain as being between Orphan's End and The Juggernaut Returns, whereas here it is listed between Lotus and the Steel and Have Yourself a Morlock Little X-Mas. And the episodes Lotus and the Steel and Weapon X, Lies, and Video Tape are backwards, on the link it is Lotus then Weapon X, but here it's the other way around. Does anyone know why they are different? I'd be inclined to change it back to the way the reference listed it unless someone has a good reason otherwise. -Joltman (talk) 12:18, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I just went ahead and matched the list to the referenced script order. -Joltman (talk) 16:32, 20 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The list is wildly inaccurate - it claims to be sorted by script order, but is instead clearly sorted by date aired, with the "script numbers" not actually being that, but instead being a numerical list of the airing date. I'll try to fix, but I suspect it might take a bit more time than I have now... --Cphoffman (talk) 14:53, 23 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I have replaced the entries in the "Script #" field with the accurate script numbers (per http://marvel.toonzone.net/xmen/backstage/episodeorder/, which appears to be the same order as the Marvel "list" linked on the page), and have also fixed a few obvious errors in season distribution (per the Fox Kids air dates on the same site). I have not, however, resorted the list, as I thought it might be appropriate to add additional columns (e.g., Production number, production season, aired season, order of air date, etc.), which would create problems with the way the list is currently organized, since "production season" and "aired season" do not overlap perfectly. Will give it some more thought and may make appropriate changes when I have more time. --Cphoffman (talk) 15:36, 23 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
List used as reference for this page lists "Weapon X" script being ordered after "Lotus and Steal". But if you watch both episodes, it's clear that plot-wise, "Weapon X" should come first, as it's that episode's events that Logan is dealing with in "Lotus and Steal". "Hidden Agenda and "Descent"?(the two before the last episode)

[edit]

I noticed these two episodes are a week behind each other in opposite order. Hidden Agenda is a week after Descent. Is that supposed to be like that? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.69.115.44 (talk) 15:01, 21 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Chronological order

[edit]

It makes more sense for the episode list to be in the intended order it was supposed to be seen, not the butchered outcome that went on the air (then having to make notes on what was supposed to be, when it's just easier to do what was intended to begin with, so the reader doesn't have to go back and forth). -- Anythingspossibleforapossible (talk) 16:24, 2 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I totally agree. This series should be re-released on Blu-Ray with the episodes in that particular order. --Nate-Dawg921 (talk) 03:34, 1 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, and have made the change to putting the episodes in their intended script order! --Quirky-artist-charlie (talk) 08:29, 14 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If anyone's interested in seeing the order in which they aired, imdb has it. Just go to the Episode Guide at the top of this show's page on imdb.com OdinMyGod (talk) 04:24, 15 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Spider-Man (1994 TV series) crossovers

[edit]

This section is missing the S5 3 episode Secret Wars arc which features Storm. These episodes even aired right after X-men ended it´s run and was supposed to feature more of the cast but the suits were too cheap to pay for plane tickets. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:1F:8701:4001:A06A:D27B:8F93:E9AE (talk) 23:01, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Error in listed order

[edit]

"Weapon X" obviously comes before "Lotus and Steel", NOT after, as seen by the plot in these episodes. Wolverine has flashbacks to "Weapon X" events in "Lotus and Steel", and his anger is only staring in "Weapon X"'s present storyline scenes, which culminate in what we saw at the start of "Lotus and Steal".
