USA
[edit]Why is United States listed twice, at 50 and 42 percent? Seems wrong

Native American Tribal Nations
[edit]Indigenous Tribal nations should be listed. Critical to understanding the New World risk association like Pacific Island Nations. 2600:100B:B0C7:A7C2:A18C:3A04:DD3B:D4FA (talk) 22:12, 24 May 2024 (UTC)
Inaccurate and misleading
[edit]It presents as though the data is all from 2024 but this is not the case, and leads to some outright misinformation. For example, the table claims the UK's obesity is around 20% in 2024, a massive reduction since 2016. Great! Except, if you follow the citation, you'll see that the 20% figure is not from 2024, but actually from 2014, meaning it has gotten dramatically worse since then if anything. Oh dear. --Bloodloss 10:13, 26 May 2024 (UTC)
- Indeed... I don't even understand why these data are presented in the article, since, as the article itself states, All of these numbers are incorrect, and derived from the "World Population Review", a source of dubious quality. What is the point of having an article with incorrect data? I think there is a good chance that this article should be deleted, or maybe the table should contain the data from the WHO (from the Global Obesity Observatory), which is an actual reliable source. Indeed I see more inaccurate like Norway case. On wiki list it is 8.3 % and in source it is 14 % !!! This need to be flagged and then corrected. -- User:Anonim 16:12, 29 August 2024 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.252.61.2 (talk)
Republic of Korea
[edit]The number given for 2024 is 5.9%. Where does this come from? The given source 3 in the article [1] and a lancet paper I found [2] both put it in the range of 30% at least. This is a huge discrepancy. I'm scared to edit without knowing how the numbers can be so different. 131.111.5.246 (talk) 22:40, 3 June 2024 (UTC)

Obesity source
[edit]The other page references the World Population Review, a BS source. Im using the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION. Stop 98.150.89.19 (talk) 14:30, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
- It also includes a number of other sources, which there is no reason to remove. ... discospinster talk 14:47, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
Mexico - VD
[edit]Most obese country is "Mexico - VD" but it doesn't appear anywhere in the cited source? Renwick00 (talk) 16:08, 18 September 2024 (UTC)
Global obesity observatory
[edit]Why is global obesity observatory's rankings listed first when they aren't even credible enough to have a Wikipedia link? 75.86.101.79 (talk) 20:28, 4 October 2024 (UTC)
