New submission for acquisitions list.
I'm working on a documentary right now, part of which involves discussion of Apple's acquisition of Dakin5 in 1979. Rob Campbell ran Dakin5 then. That was Rob's first startup. Later on Rob would leave Apple and start (his third startup) Forethought, which is where he created PowerPoint. That company was bought my Microsoft, making Rob one of the only people to work for Steve Jobs and Bill Gates.
I think the acquisition of Dakin5 should be included in the list of acquisitions.
I have no affiliation with anyone remotely related to this message. Just noticed what I'm working on doesn't jive with this page.
