Which Wei?

[edit]

There are at least two artists called Liu Wei. The Jack Tilton Gallery link gives a different birth date of 1965, so may well refer to this other Liu Wei who works in photography, video and media installations. And is this Liu Wei the same as the second one, or a third? Confusing. Gordonofcartoon 00:28, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I was confused by this too. I thought they were the same, so I redirected another article to this one, but now I'm not so sure...--Danaman5 06:25, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I haven't edited anything on here for so long but I can affirmatively say that the Liu Wei from Jack Tilton is born in 1965, famous for his expressive oil on canvas and this Liu Wei is born 1972, famous for his multi-media and digital works. Hence I deleted that link. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.222.149.142 (talk) 21:03, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
