Merge with Combined loan to value

In both this article and combined loan to value, I saw a big mess. But it seems to me that these two articles belong together, especially after seeing extensive references in combined loan to value to this article. What do you think? --AndreniW 01:26, 3 May 2006 (UTC)

  • I also agree. Combined Loan to Value should be a section of LTV.
  • I don't agree with this. Though CLTV can be assumed as an extension of LTV, but we should let them into their own existence. So that it won't be a overdose for a person at a time. Suggestions ?
