Timeline error

[edit]

The text box says she died in 1913 but the main body says that in or after 1915 the charges were dropped and she is mentioned as being alive at that time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.104.95.18 (talk) 00:16, 28 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This does appear to be in conflict with newspaper accounts from 1915. The Quad-City Times (April 18, 1915) and the McHenry Plaindealer (April 29. 1915) report that she was "freed" in April 2015. I suppose this could mean that the charges were dropped posthumously but that seems unlikely given the phrasing. Perhaps the Census report was in error? Or maybe the print was blurred and "1915" was mistaken for "1913"? Without access to the source material, it's hard to know. --GentlemanGhost (séance) 10:12, 18 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
