A question to the adenocarcinoma in mice. To my knowledge the tumor caused by MMTV are not andenocarcinoma but benign tumors. If MMTV could cause a carcinoma, it would not be difficult to construct a modell system for human breast cancer. which ist not yet there. The MMTV tumors make no metastases, neither to the lungs nor to the bones which would be necessary for modell for human breast cancer.Elisabeth Rieping16:41, 16 March 2007 (UTC)--[reply]
