Before an edit war starts...

Hi, I am attempting to revert edits made by IP 186.154.38.190 on the basis that Catalan individuals and conventions should be mentioned separately from Spanish conventions. Before an edit war with the IP starts on the issue, I'd like to seek a resolution on the matter. @Bate goiko, Cs-wolves, and Waacstats: as regular contributors to this article, I'd also like your input on these edits.
