[edit]Taken from the previous edit; "Before you revert it's very important that you've already explained clearly why the unit order should change to be mismatched rather than remain consistent."
- I am not seeking to any change away from a UK-AUS or AUS-UK. I am also not opposing UK-AUS-USA or AUS-UK-USA. I am however against a change to the status quo that would see either the British or Australian standards supplanted for an American unit. Once again not against it, just against it having prominence. I wouldn't imagine that you would need to go into any detail on the fact that alot of British sources would not have the lb as a stand alone unit, but may well display metric before imperial. It's a two-fold reason as to why it should not have prominence, and the stand alone lb should potentially not even be there at all.Fleets (talk) 17:43, 11 September 2016 (UTC)
