This article would be better with more about his political career

This article puts undue weight on this issue, in my oppinion discussing what drunk people do is too trivial for encyclopedia - this is going to get forgotten in no time, I'd preffer if it would be removed. I added a bit of biographical information from Latvian Wikipedia ~~Xil...sist! 00:06, 21 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
