Matco no longer part of Apex Tool Group
[edit]Danaher and Cooper spun off their hand tool lines to form Apex Tool Group. Matco was part of Danaher. I understand that Matco separated from Apex recently. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.255.175.79 (talk) 16:45, 26 March 2014 (UTC)

Originally?
[edit]The statement that MATCO was originally the toolbox manufacturer for MAC is misleading and not was it was established to do. Mac Allied tool company was established to fill out the product line by purchasing from outside manufacturers. MATCO didn't start building toolboxes until the early to mid 70's. That was almost 30 years after MATCO was established. 2600:6C42:7400:308B:BD8D:ED86:6D9D:95D6 (talk) 23:33, 13 May 2022 (UTC)
