Will include and expand on more causes of mediastinal shift such as infectious, hemorrhage, masses etc. as well as example of chest x-rays for each cause - Wayne Ngo
Feedback: Lead- No changes made to lead by student, but think it could benefit from expanding on some jargon. I think the lead is good and the language used is hard to simplify but I do think you could add things like what intrathoracic pressures means.
Content- Good addition of sections and causes! Could use some explanation like- what is pleural space? Think of making it less like UpToDate and more like if your grandparent was trying to look up what this is if they saw it on their radiology report before seeing their doctor. I think this applies mostly to the fetal conditions and to sections you didn’t write, but you can also fix those!
Tone and balance- good tone, no noticed biases
Sources- well supported article with good resources
Organization- great additions to organization, but there is some grammatical stuff that can be fixed. I am happy to go through it again to help with this but wanted to give you a chance to make edits first!
Media- great pictures, could use some more like for fetal conditions and Pectus Excavatum maybe?
Overall- I think you made some great additions and the article is much improved! Its a lot more thorough and you did a pretty good job keeping it at an understandable level for laypeople. Biggest room for improvements are simplifying the intro, correcting some grammar, and maybe adding a few more pictures.
