Margaret Thatcher has been Lady Thatcher for some time now, but that doesn't mean her article is at Margaret Thatcher, Baroness Thatcher. Ditto for John Prescott, Michael Howard, Douglas Hurd, Michael Heseltine, Alan Sugar, Robert Winston, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Richard Attenborough and numerous other examples - though admittedly for all those I've just given the title happens to be the same as their surname. Not true at all - in relation to their past career (which in cases like this will be the context in which they are much more often referenced in the long term), and even sometimes in relation to the present, they're still known by their original name. Comment - This is not a Crystal Ball and what they are currently known is what we have to take as the current commonly used name. If in the future the individual is known regularly by their ennobled title then that would be grounds to change the article title.
