Mikayil Useynov → Mikayil Huseynov – Useynov spelling is not used in the article, and it only appears in one of the three sources I can access (the other two come up with "Useinov", though all of this comes via Google Translate so I don't even know how relevant this information is). However, given my lack of knowledge on the language and Wikipedia rules on translation, I don't know if the target I picked is most appropriate, or if it should instead be Mikayıl Hüseynov, Mikayil Useinov, or something else; I just know it should be consistent in all parts of the page.
