Qutb's Milestones

[edit]

Changed the description. The editions translated into english are all called Milestones though a more literal translation of the original title is "Milestones along the Road." Qutb was not at all a trained Islamic scholar, though he wrote a multi-volume commentary on the Quran.

Qutb didn't just want to build a society entirely on Quranic grounds. His obsession was restoring Sharia law, which uses Sunna as well as the Quran. He believed Islam was dead and had to be saved by reinstituting the Sharia. --BoogaLouie (talk) 19:44, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Milestone, developers

[edit]

I moved Milestone, Inc. to Milestone (developer) because there are other companies named Milestone, Inc. ... But there is another developer named Milestone srl, so its article could also have the same title. I think it's a bit of a mess here, how does one organize this stuff? -- Stormwatch (talk) 18:00, 9 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
