New ranks shape for NCOs since 2001!

According to the Azeri President Decree, signed on 25 June 2001 [1]! The ranks shape for non commissioned officers (NCO) has changed [2] (from pag. 89 to 106). After 19 years since then, the page urges to be updated. Sincerely --82.53.104.181 (talk) 08:17, 8 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
