  • Comment: Perhaps a hook that also includes the 1254 eruption might be desirable.

  • Hello Jo-Jo Eumerus, I'm Droodkin and I'll be your reviewer;
General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation

QPQ: No - QPQ not done yet
Overall: Article is large enough and new enough. The sources are academic journals and the abstract verifies the hook. The hook in itself is interesting although I feel like the grammar is off? Perhaps an alternative hook can be provided? In any case, all that's left is the QPQ and it should be good to go. Droodkin (talk) 08:10, 30 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Droodkin:QPQ is Template:Did you know nominations/Vasily Bakalov. The hook grammar doesn't look off to me... Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk) 10:24, 30 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
QPQ done, I conferred with grammar sources and I stand corrected. This hook is good to go. Droodkin (talk) 22:17, 30 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
