Can some one help with the references? I posted them so that the information is there while I figure things out.
Multiple issues with this article:
1. Several IP users keep changing or deleting "MMI" which is an accepted acronym for multiple mini interview and trademark of McMaster University as outlined below:

2. Some parts sound like advertisement and endorsement for the article/the university and/or the company that sells the multiple mini interview.
