Mother's ethnicity

[edit]

Where exactly in the sources state that Maria was also of Palestinian and German descent? I looked through carefully at the sources and it doesn't mention these two countries. Mostly Italy and Brazil. 2A02:C7C:B459:F500:71C3:3702:8659:6D4A (talk) 09:53, 7 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

From Guarding the Secrets, PT23 (Google Books), Crossroad Press, April 17, 2018: speaking about Tina: "She was half-Palestinian through her father and one-quarter each Italian and German through her mother, with a drop of South American Indian blood." Brazil is a multi-ethnic immigrant society that has Indigenous people as well as immigration from Germany and Italy. The Palestinian ancestry came from Tina's father, while the other ancestry came from her Brazilian mother, Maria. WhisperToMe (talk) 18:33, 14 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
But it was also told that Maria was also of Palestinian descent. Who did she descend from that made her partially palestinian herself? 2A02:C7C:B459:F500:B5F1:E5:30CB:52B5 (talk) 20:22, 12 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
