NBIC is a horrible name for an article since it is not descriptive at all. It actually makes me think of "nuclear, biological, ?information? and chemical" weapons. There are some related words that we could redirect this to. I would suggest either Neurotechnology or Cognitive Neurotechnology (which doesn't exist yet.) Neurotechnology is the combination of biotechnology, nanotechnology, neuroscience and engineering. Cognitive Neurotechnology just throws cognitive science into the mix. (Note, there is a Cognotechnology article but the name is not in popular use and Cognitive Neurotechnology just sounds better and is more descriptive and friendly.) What do you think? --Ben Houston 02:56, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think redirecting to the Emerging technologies would be wiser. --Loremaster 04:23, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
