This article appears to be strongly biased against Nammo. One is the cherry picking factually correct information, the other is using terms like "the occupation of Afghanistan" and weasel wording like "some claim that" . Perhaps this could be improved. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vola31 (talk • contribs) 18:49, 1 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I am primarily responsible for the edits that contain the content you cite as problematic. I partially agree with your assessment, and I've made the following edits:
Occupation of Afghanistan
It is difficult to agree that referring to the War in Afghanistan as an occupation is a "strongly biased statement", especially as the Wiki article itself refers to the initiation of said war as an "invasion". Nonetheless, to comply with Wikipedia standards, I've changed the phrasing to "War in Afghanistan" to reflect the linked page's title.
Weasel wording
That "some claim" that Nammo has violated Norwegian law is a gross understatement. Several humanitarian organizations, both international and Norwegian, have condemned Nammo's activities. It has caused controversy in Norwegian society to a point where Nammo has drafted official responses that have been published in the country's major media outlets (see, for instance, the cited sources). The best I can do is amend the sentence to read "...although some (including the Norwegian Church Aid and PRIO) claim..."
I can't say that I understand what other issues you may believe to be "weasel wording", as you have given no other examples.
Cherry picking
Please indicate more specifically what you mean by this and I will be happy to address the issue. If you feel that the article lacks perspectives that would improve the article or that there are relevant counterclaims that are worth including, you are welcome to edit the article yourself.
I'm removing the POV tag, as many of the issues mentioned have now been addressed and some time has past. If Vola31 or any other editors feel there are still issues, they are welcome to edit the article or replace the tag again after pointing out any potential remaining issues in the talk pages. Source for more info on the Nammo orbital launch vehicle
Here is a source for more info on all three of the rockets in the North Star rocket family, the North Star 1 and North Star 2 "green" sounding rockets and also the North Star Launch Vehicle (NSLV), the orbital launcher capable of placing 10kg nanosats into polar orbit:
I added citations directly from Nammo's website to corroborate the claims of their ammunition products. I could not find two of the listed types in the handbook (I have commented them out in case somebody else finds them later). I also removed the internal links for ammunition types that do not have their own articles to clean up the page. Removed citation needed tag. AndersLeo (talk) 14:45, 2 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
