BOLD - removed bit about Woodger

I removed the passage about only Woodger preceding Rashevsky's work on mathematical biology because it is: (1) apparently OR (Woodger's paper was given as citation, instead of some "history of biology" or "history of science" work). (2) not quite true. Off the top of my head, the Hardy-Weinberg equation precedes both Woodger and Rashevsky by more than 20 years.
