Going to the 12th annual today, hope to bring back photos. Dennis Brown - © 14:28, 26 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'd be curious about Scuppernong or Muscadine wines that might be there. Also, Catawba grape. These are our NC specialties. Have a good time,

On the way out the door to go. I have a 30 year old scuppernong vine here, just trimmed back, hoping to make my own wine in a year or two. There are plenty of those wines, I can assure you! A little sweet for my tastes, but does the job and are pleasant enough. I haven't tried a catawba varietal yet, will have to see if I can. I'm curious what part of NC you come from, if you don't mind. I'm in Lexington now, work in Greensboro, used to live in Greensboro and Rockingham county as well. Good to see someone else that knows what real barbecue is. Will respond to the rest by email.
