The text "Roughly bounded by Hampton, Pearl, Strong, Bedford, Elm, MA 66, and railroad tracks" comes straight from the National Register Information System, which, as a work of the U.S. Government, is in the public domain. ePodunk is simply mining that information and displaying it on their web site, as they disclaim in their sources.
