retitle

[edit]

I think this article should be retitled Tropical Depression Eleven (1999) Storm05 (talk) 15:03, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, there's no other cause for the flooding other than the depression, so just make that the impact section. Cyclonebiskit (talk) 03:50, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Wasn't it part of a larger system, though? ♬♩ Hurricanehink (talk) 14:40, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
This is a quote from the outline in reference three

"Torrential rains from the season's 11th tropical depression have caused severe flooding and mudslides in Eastern and Southern Mexico. Rivers burst their banks causing what is considered to be the regions worst flooding in 40 years. The unofficial death toll in nine of Mexico's 31 states stood on Thursday at 425, while some 270,000 people were driven from their homes."

It doesn't state any other cause for the flooding. Cyclonebiskit (talk) 15:48, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe should be renamed, but needs an entire re-write. Lots of sections void of content. Titoxd(?!? - cool stuff) 21:58, 11 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
