I think this article would make a lot more sense if it was primarily about the "Algiers 7" trial. Buckner, while a hero, is only notable due to that case, and biographical details about him are pretty sparse (no memoirs or biographies as far as I'm aware). I basically started writing that article, and put it all under "Background" for this article. I think I got the major points, but there's a lot of room for improvement.
