I believe there are false facts here. Devlin was never Lord Chief Justice to my knowledge. Indeed the then Prime Minister would have chosen the CJ before the reforms. Could the hon. PM have got his facts wrongs; if so this should be pointed out to avoid confusion Bamkin (talk) 00:23, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
