There is no Philip Tan and if there are others this still doesn't meet WP:NCC, which would imply this should be "Philip Tan (comics)" or "Philip Tan (artist)." Unless someone comes up with other notable people of the same name I'll move this to the top slot in the next few days. (Emperor (talk) 19:43, 13 January 2009 (UTC))[reply]

I've moved this for now. There is another Philip Tan who is an actor]http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0848883/] and one of he incoming links to the main slot is from someone religious. This doesn't mean this shouldn't have the top slot of course. (Emperor (talk) 23:19, 13 January 2009 (UTC))[reply]
