[edit]Good expansion, Jbarati. However, keep in mind that this is an encyclopedic article, not just an alternate webpage. The information you deleted is relevant even if not fully cited. Can you provide some of the citations that are missing? I served there, building the Binary Facilities in the late 80s; I just don't have a reference.
Also, how can PBA have received a Homeland Security mission prior to the establishment of the Dpeartment of Homeland Security?
