Piyam → Piyam, Iran – The article name doesn't give the exact idea about what it is. In my opinion it doesn't conform to be a primary topic. There many be other usage of the word "Piyam" also. It would be very appropriate to move it to Piyam, Iran which exactly gives the reader an idea that this article is about a place in Iran. - @Station1: : As in WP:PRECISION, see geographic names.   - Bothell is covered by WP:USPLACE, which is a particular (sometimes controversial) styling convention that applies to places in the United States but not to the whole world. Oppose per Mr.choppers noting that there doesn't appear to be any others, neither GeoNames or Wikidata return any others and its not the purpose of a title to describe the topic but only to give the name and if nessesarry to disambiguate from others which doesn't seem nessesarry here, see User:Born2cycle/Unnecessary disambiguation.
